1/4 cup no soy soy sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups water
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
