Wash the outside of the plantains.

Peel the plantains and cut them into three pieces.

Boil the plantains in salted water on high heat for about 20 minutes.

Slice the red onion and soak it in vinegar for about five minutes.

Cut the salami into slices and fry in a pan with a little oil until crispy, about 30 seconds on each side.

Cut the frying cheese into pieces and fry in the pan until golden brown, about 10 seconds.

Fry one egg in the same pan until the yolk is slightly runny.

Mash the boiled plantains with a fork, adding some of the boiling water and butter until desired consistency is reached.
