Peel the potatoes and cut them into fairly large fries.

After 6 minutes, drain the fries and spread them out on the baking tray in a single layer.

Spray the fries with another 15 squirts of low-calorie oil (totaling 30 calories).

Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and set a timer for 40 minutes.
