In a bowl, mix shredded sweetened natural coconut with sweetened condensed milk until you get a thick and sticky paste.
Place the coconut paste in the fridge while preparing the chocolate.
In a bowl, combine 70% dark chocolate and a bit of butter.
Microwave the chocolate and butter in 30-second intervals, mixing in between to avoid burning, until melted.
Using a silicone mold, place a little bit of melted chocolate in each cavity and use a brush to spread it on the bottom and sides.
Place the mold in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Add another layer of melted chocolate to the mold to ensure the bottom and sides are thick.
Freeze the mold again for 5 minutes.
Add the coconut filling into the chocolate shells.
Spoon more melted chocolate on top and use a spatula to flatten the surface.
Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set.
Warm the bottom of the mold with your fingers and carefully unmold the chocolates.
