Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly spray a 9x13 casserole dish.
Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached.
Place the bottom half of the rolls in the casserole dish.
Layer slices of ham evenly over the bottom rolls.
Add slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the ham.
Top with another layer of ham.
Place the top half of the rolls on top.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced onion, and honey mustard, and whisk together.
Brush the butter mixture generously over the top of the buns.
Cover the sliders with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
