Cut 1 kg chicken into 1/8 pieces with skin on.

Marinate chicken with salt, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic powder, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 and 1/2 teaspoon Arabic masala powder, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Mix well and let rest for at least half an hour.

Prepare sauce by mixing 150 grams tomato paste, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, 1 and 1/2 teaspoon Arabic masala powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, and 300 ml water.

Arrange vegetables (onion rings, tomato, half carrot, potato, capsicum, and cleaned garlic) in a baking tray.

Place marinated chicken on top of the arranged vegetables.

Add remaining vegetables on top of the chicken and pour the prepared sauce over everything.

Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and bake at 200°C for at least one hour.

After baking, clean the sides and sprinkle spices on top of the chicken.

Grill again for 10 minutes to improve color.
