2 tablespoons water or beef stock

Marinate the beef with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, black pepper, salt, and 2 cloves of garlic for about 10 minutes.

Cut French fries and put them in the oven.

Mix 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of water or beef stock together.

Slice 1 red onion and 2 tomatoes into thick slices, removing the insides to avoid excess water.

Chop fresh cilantro into nice slices.

Heat oil in a wok and brown the marinated beef just enough to avoid chewiness.

Add the remaining 3 cloves of garlic, onions, tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, aji amarillo, and the browned beef back into the wok.
