Instructions

- 4Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5Stir in cream of mushroom soup and Italian seasoning, mixing well.
- 6Combine cooked pasta, chicken mixture, and broccoli in a large bowl.
- 7Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- 8Top with cheddar cheese and black olives.
- 9Sprinkle bread crumbs and parmesan cheese over the top.
- 10Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
- 11Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 3In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
- 4Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and no longer pink.
- 5Stir in the marinara sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 6In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the beef sauce mixture. Mix well to combine.
- 7Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it evenly.
- 8Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta mixture.
- 9Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- 10Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
