2 cups Heinz tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons ramp infused champagne vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon horseradish
paprika to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
4 bratwurst patties
asparagus (for grilling)
1 onion (for caramelizing)
sauerkraut (for frying)

Crack open a beer and pour 1/2 cup into a pot.
