1 x Tbsp of Pink rock salt
1 x Tbsp of white pepper
1 x Tbsp of Black pepper
1 x tsp of Paprika (HOT)
1 x tsp of ground Cardamon
1 x tsp of Chilli powder
1 x tsp of Chili flakes

Chop all the ingredients: onion, garlic, ginger, and pepper.

Place the Lamb and beef stock in a bowl and add boiling water to dissolve the paste; set aside.
