Start by measuring 1 teaspoon of organic matcha powder, approximately 1 to 1.2 grams.
Heat about 1 ounce of hot water to prepare for the matcha.
Whisk the matcha powder with the hot water in a circular motion until it is totally dissolved and has a bubbly top.
Fill a jug with milk up to the bottom of the spout.
Add Long Beach sauce caramel into the milk and steam it until hot.
Pour the prepared matcha into a cup.
Steam the milk and pour it into the cup with the matcha, filling it just enough to leave space for the espresso on top.
Prepare the espresso and level it using a coffee hammer before adding it on top of the milk.
Serve the drink without decorating the top, allowing the layers to show.
