Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

6 chicken thighs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Prep chicken thighs by patting them dry.

Drizzle chicken thighs with extra virgin olive oil.

In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs with seasonings: 1 tablespoon fat, 0.5 tablespoon smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons kosher salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and black pepper.

Toss the chicken thighs in the seasoning mixture to coat them evenly.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.

Spritz the bottom of the air fryer basket with oil.

Place chicken thighs in the air fryer at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 minutes.

After 4 minutes, flip the chicken thighs and cook for another 4 minutes.

Check the internal temperature of the chicken thighs with a meat thermometer; if not done, add 3 more minutes to the cooking time.
