Add hot boiled eggs in water and let them cool slightly before peeling the shells.

Cut the boiled eggs into slices and set them aside in a pan.

In a bowl, combine 1 cup boneless chicken with 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp kashmiri lal mirch, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp haldi powder, 1 tsp white vinegar, and 1 tbsp oil, then mix well.

Add a little oil to a pan and cook the chicken pieces while mixing and stir-frying until cooked through, then keep aside.

In a bowl, add 1 egg, 1/4 cup milk, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp salt, and mix well.

Add 2 cups all-purpose flour and 1 tsp instant dry yeast to the mixture and mix well.

Gradually add lukewarm milk as required to knead a soft dough.

Knead the dough on a countertop for 5-7 minutes until elastic, then add 1 tbsp butter and knead again until incorporated.

Grease a bowl with oil, place the dough in it, cover, and let it rest for 1/2 an hour until well risen.

Punch down the risen dough, dust the countertop and the dough with flour, and roll it out very thin.

Place 6 bread slices with distance in between, add chilli garlic sauce on one side and mayonnaise on the other, and spread well.

Add cooked chicken chunks, boiled sliced eggs, and some mozzarella cheese, then cover with another slice of bread.

Cut the rolled dough into pieces, wrap each bread piece in dough, and press to seal.

Cut excess dough with a pizza cutter to ensure the bread is covered well.

Grease a baking tray with oil, place the sandwich pieces on it, and spread a little chilli garlic sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.

Cut capsicum into rings and place them on the cheese, add boiled egg slices in the middle, and top with tomato and onion slices, then cover everything with a little cheese.
