8 oz mushrooms
2 cups potatoes
2 large egg yolks
1 cup shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup grated parmesan
1/2 cup milk
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon English sauce

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes, cut in half if large.

Chop shallots and crush garlic.

Cut chicken breast into cubes.

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, add shallots and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes.
