1

Make the dressing by adding 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, 0.5 teaspoons of Dijon mustard, 0.5 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, chopped garlic, and a pinch of pepper into a jar and shake until emulsified.

2

Use a potato peeler to create a flat surface on the back of 2 large outer leaves of romaine lettuce.

3

Dress the lettuce leaves with about three-quarters of the dressing and lightly toss them together.

4

Set one lettuce leaf on the bottom as the base and layer the other leaves on top in a staggered fashion to create three layers of lettuce.

Add turkey in a line starting from the middle and moving outward.

6

Add tomato on either side of the turkey.

7

Add a layer of hard-boiled egg.

8

Add a layer of avocado.
