1 cup (90 gr) oats
1/2 cup (60 gr) chopped almonds
2 tbsp grounded flaxseed
1/3 cup (50 gr) sunflower seeds
50 gr vegan milk chocolate

Chop 180 gr (6 & 1/4 oz) vegan dark chocolate.

Add hot water in a bowl and melt the chocolate.

Add 120 gr (4 & 1/4 oz) pitted dates and 2 tbsp peanut butter.

Add 1 cup (30 gr) puffed rice, 1 cup (90 gr) oats, 1/2 cup (60 gr) chopped almonds, 2 tbsp grounded flaxseed, and 1/3 cup (50 gr) sunflower seeds.

Mix it all together until well combined.

Crumple and wet parchment paper to fit it better in a mold.

Transfer the mixture into the mold and press very hard to flatten the surface.

Keep it in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Unmold the mixture and remove the parchment paper.
