1/2 cup spicy barbecue sauce
1/2 cup store-bought barbecue sauce

Heat oil in a medium fry pan over medium heat.

Saute 1 pound of ground chicken with 1/2 teaspoon of salt for about 15 minutes, or until the meat is cooked and water has almost evaporated.

Remove the chicken mixture from heat and add 1/2 cup of spicy barbecue sauce and 1/2 cup of store-bought barbecue sauce. Mix well.

Set the chicken mixture aside to cool to room temperature for about 15 to 30 minutes.

Prepare puff pastry sheets by thawing one sheet in the refrigerator, then rolling it out and cutting it into nine equal squares.

Keep seven squares in the refrigerator to prevent melting.

Roll out two squares gently, add about 1.5 tablespoons of the chicken filling, and fold to make a triangle.

Seal the edges using fingers or by applying egg wash or water.
