In a mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of softened cream cheese.

Gradually mix in two packages of instant vanilla pudding mix.

Slowly add 2.5 cups of cold milk to the mixture, mixing until well combined.

In another bowl, fold in 12 oz of Cool Whip with the cream cheese and pudding mixture until combined.

Take a 9x13 baking dish and layer graham crackers at the bottom.
