Chicken Patty

2 sprigs spring onion
500 grams chicken (minced)
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 green chilli (chopped)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper powder
¼ cup hung curd
1 tbsp coriander (chopped)
1 tbsp mint (chopped)
1 tsp oil
1 tsp lemon juice

Finely chop the leafy portion of spring onion.

In a deep bowl mix chicken, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green chilli (chopped), salt, black pepper powder and chopped spring onions.

Mix the mixture well and marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.

Take a deep bowl mix hung curd, coriander, mint, spring onion and salt.

Take a small portion of the chicken mixture and give it a ball shape.

Now flatten the ball with your hands and add a small amount of stuffing mixture at the centre.

Start sealing from the corner and give it a patty shape.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till golden brown.
