Put gelatin plate (6g) back in ice water.

Prepare black tea (2 bags).

Put water (300cc) in a pot, bring to a boil, remove from heat, and make black tea.

Put lemon verbena (10g) in the tea, wrap it and steam for 5-7 minutes.

Chop the nectarines (4).

Remove the seeds by making a cut in one round.

Add granulated sugar (50g) to the black tea and dissolve it.

Add the gelatin to the tea mixture.

When the gelatin is completely melted, strain it with a colander and kitchen paper.

Grate the lemon zest (1/2 piece) with a microplane, and add lemon juice.

Pour the liquid into the mold after the rough heat is removed.

Wrap it and cool it in the kitchen to harden it.

The next day, warm the surroundings with a water bath and remove it from the mold.
