Remove packaging from the duck and half leg of lamb and wash them.
Wash the insides of the duck and lamb, ensuring no organs are left inside.
Mix one tablespoon of fat with one teaspoon each of all-purpose seasoning, meat seasoning, and lamb seasoning.
Add chopped parsley, coriander, and basil leaves to the mixture.
Add a tablespoon of grated onions, some pepper, and a dash of garlic and coriander seasoning.
Make two holes in the lamb and insert half a clove of garlic into each hole.
Spread goose fat over the top of the lamb.
Grate one large onion and use it to marinate the duck and lamb.
Add a teaspoon of chicken seasoning and a teaspoon of all-purpose seasoning to the duck.
Sprinkle sage, parsley, rosemary, and fennel seeds on top of the duck.
Peel an orange and cut a piece to add inside the duck, along with a small piece of apple and chopped dried apricots.
Cover the duck and lamb with foil and place them in the oven.
Peel and wash the potatoes, then boil them in salted water for about five minutes to soften them slightly.
Cook bacon in a frying pan without oil until golden brown and crispy.
