Start with 3 tablespoons of yellow mustard seeds and place them in a Ninja Blender.

Add 3 tablespoons of black mustard seeds to the blender, totaling 6 tablespoons of mustard seeds.

Blend the seeds briefly to crack them, not turning them into powder.

Pour the cracked seeds into a bowl.

Add 1/8 teaspoon of salt to the bowl.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of mustard powder to the bowl.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder to the bowl.
