4 ears sweet corn

14.5 ounce can chicken broth

Add 1 stick of unsalted butter to a pan over low heat and melt it without letting it sizzle or separate.

Once the butter is mostly melted, shut off the heat and add 1 grated large clove of garlic.

Add 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard and scrape the spoon to get all of it into the mixture.

Squeeze the juice from half of the large lime into the pan and mix well, tasting for salt and pepper as desired.

Pour the Cowboy butter into a bowl and let it cool and marry together.

Chop 4 ears of cleaned sweet corn in half and set aside.

Boil water in a pot and add salt.

Add the prepared corn to the boiling water and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until vibrant and tender.

Remove the corn from the water and place it in the bowl with the Cowboy butter, then pour the butter over the corn.
