Thinly slice the radishes and marinate the kale with lemon vinaigrette.
Toss the cooked grains (brown rice and quinoa) with lemon vinaigrette and a little salt for seasoning.
Assemble the grain bowl by layering the grains, marinated kale, edamame, napa cabbage, sliced radishes, and avocado.
Top the bowl with roasted sweet potatoes, tempeh, tahini vinaigrette, and the seed granola for crunch.
