Cut off the ends of two cucumbers and peel them.
Cut the cucumbers in half, then cut them in half again, and chop into pieces.
Place the chopped cucumbers into a bowl.
Slice cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl.
Slice two small red onions and add them to the bowl.
Chop fresh basil and add it to the bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix two tablespoons of lemon juice from a fresh lemon.
Add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the lemon juice.
Add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the mixture.
Add one to two teaspoons of honey, adjusting for sweetness preference.
Add one teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of black pepper to the mixture and mix well.
Drizzle the dressing over the cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and basil in the bowl.
Add a little bit of dill (powder) to the salad.
Stir all ingredients together until combined.
Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least one hour to soak up the flavors.
