2 cups elbow macaroni
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 small onion
3 celery stalks
1 small red bell pepper
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
3/4 cup white sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons white vinegar
3/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon salt

Dice 1 small onion, 3 celery stalks, and 1 small red bell pepper.

Chop 3 hard-boiled eggs.

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced onion, celery, red bell pepper, and chopped eggs.

Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the bowl.

Add 3 tablespoons of mustard to the bowl.
