Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spray a 9 by 13 pan with cooking spray and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together 3/4 cup of heavy cream, 4 large eggs, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Whisk until well combined.
