Salted Paloma

2 oz. Blanco or Reposado Tequila
6 oz. Grapefruit Soda
½ oz. Lime Juice
Sea Salt

Smoke your salt a day before making the Salted Paloma.

Start your Traeger on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4-5 minutes).

Spread sea salt on a baking sheet and smoke on your Traeger for 24 hours, stirring every 8 hours. Let cool and store.

Grill your lime garnish by starting your Traeger on Smoke, then set to High (450°F) and preheat (10-15 minutes).

Slice your lime and sear on the grate for 5-7 minutes.

Rim a Collins glass with Traeger Smoked Salt.

Fill the glass with ice and add the tequila and lime juice.

Top it off with grapefruit soda.
