2 Sugar

3 tbsp Hon mirin
3 tbsp Japanese soy sauce (Shoyu)
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
6 tbsp water
1 x food bag (to marinade the eggs)
4 tbsp Mirin
½ tbsp soft brown sugar
3 tbsp japanese chilli powder (ichimi)
1 tsp Japanese soy sauce
