Incorporate wet ingredients: tamari (or soy sauce), a little liquid smoke, and two flax eggs into the mixture.
Mix everything together until well combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, aiming for a consistent size for even cooking.
Place the meatballs in a 375°F oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
