1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup basil pesto
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar glaze
4 pieces non bread or pre-baked flatbread
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat your oven to 450°F with convection if available.

Spread a couple tablespoons of olive oil over a baking sheet.

Lay down a couple of flatbreads on the baking sheet.
