Boil a whole head of cabbage until the leaves start to fall off.
Core the cabbage before boiling.
Remove the leaves and let them cool.
Prepare the filling by mixing ground beef, ground pork, cooked rice, beef stock, eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and vegetto spice mix in a bowl.
Use an ice cream scooper to portion the filling onto each cabbage leaf, roll them up like a burrito, folding in the sides.
Line the cabbage rolls in a baking dish, using tough outer leaves for insulation.
Add a little water to the pan to start steaming the rolls.
Bake in the oven at 350°F for about 1 hour.
Serve with tomato sauce and garnish with fresh dill.
