Stir in the remaining 4 oz of sharp cheddar cheese and let it melt together.
Add the cooked pasta to the cheese mixture and stir until combined, adjusting thickness with more cheese if necessary.
Set the mac and cheese aside and prepare the next recipe.
In a bowl, combine 3/4 cup of blended cottage cheese with 12.5 oz of canned chicken breast.
Season with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
Stir in 1/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot sauce until well mixed.
Spoon the mixture into ramekins and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
