How to Make Sheet Pan Dinners || A Little Help

- ●4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- ●1 lb green beans, trimmed
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●1 tsp garlic powder
- ●1 tsp onion powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/2 tsp black pepper
- ●1 lemon, sliced
- ●1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2On a large sheet pan, arrange the salmon fillets in the center.
- 3Place the trimmed green beans around the salmon on the sheet pan.
- 4Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and green beans.
- 5Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper evenly over the salmon and green beans.
- 6Lay lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
- 7Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 8Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- 9Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
- 10Serve warm.

- ●1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●1 tsp salt
- ●1/2 tsp black pepper
- ●1 tsp smoked paprika
- ●1/2 cup romesco sauce
- ●1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 3Spread the potatoes out on a large sheet pan in a single layer.
- 4In the same bowl, add the chicken thighs and drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning into the chicken.
- 5Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on the sheet pan with the potatoes.
- 6Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy, and the potatoes are tender.
- 7Remove the sheet pan from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- 8Drizzle the romesco sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
- 9Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- ●1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ●1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- ●1/4 cup sliced black olives
- ●1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- ●1 tsp dried oregano
- ●1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- 1In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- 2In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- 3Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 4Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- 5Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- 6Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out to fit a greased sheet pan.
- 7Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 8Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add pepperoni, olives, and bell peppers on top.
- 9Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder over the toppings.
- 10Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
