Add 2 cups of flour into a bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of sea salt to the flour.
Add about 3/4 cup of water to the mixture and stir with a fork.
Add the remaining water if needed until the dough is combined.
Knead the dough by hand until it feels better and less sticky.
Cut the dough into 9 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a log shape and then flatten it out.
Roll the dough out thinly, flipping it to prevent sticking.
Press fresh green onions and basil into the rolled dough.
Heat a cast iron skillet until very hot.
Cook the rolled dough in the skillet for 30 to 45 seconds on one side, then flip it.
Sprinkle garlic powder on the cooked bread if desired.
Melt butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on the bread for a sweet treat.
