In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of yeast, and 1/2 teaspoon of grated nutmeg. Mix well.
Add 3 tablespoons of butter to the dry mixture and mix it in using your hands until well combined.
Gradually add warm water (about 1/2 cup) to the mixture until a dough forms, adjusting the amount of water as needed to achieve the right consistency.
Cover the dough with a damp paper towel and let it rise for about 45 minutes until doubled in size.
After 45 minutes, take the dough out and roll it out slightly to make it uniform in thickness.
Using a fork, poke holes in the dough to help it cook faster.
Place the dough in a nonstick frying pan and cover it.
Set the stove to medium heat and let it cook for about 6-7 minutes until it starts to rise.
Flip the dough using a plate to cook the other side, covering it again after flipping.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until both sides are done, totaling about 11-12 minutes of cooking time.
Remove the pot bake from the pan and let it cool slightly before serving.
