2.5 cups Mafalda noodles
2 cups chopped spinach
8 ounces whole milk ricotta
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
