Add ground beef and ground Italian sausage to a Dutch oven on medium high heat and combine well.
Add seasoning salts, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper to the meat and mix.
Once the meat is cooked, add chopped onion and stir.
Add more seasoning: garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes, and black pepper, then stir again.
Add tomato paste and mix well.
Pour in the jar of pasta sauce and stir.
Add chicken broth (or beef broth if preferred) and stir.
Add lasagna noodles and stir again.
Cover and cook for about 6 minutes.
Add heavy whipping cream and stir, then cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine all three cheeses with parsley flakes and optional black pepper, then mix.
Place the cheese mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Plate the lasagna soup and top with the cheese mixture.
