1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (25 grams)
2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ teaspoon pepper

Trim the ends of the stems of the button mushrooms.

Peel the outer layer of skin from the mushrooms.

Slice the mushrooms.

Use a Happycall double pan to cook the mushrooms, or any pan.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and spread the mushrooms evenly.

Close the lid and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.

After 3 minutes, flip the pan and cook another 3 minutes.

Cook until the mushrooms are golden brown.

Add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 2 cloves of minced garlic to the pan.

Cook until the garlic is fragrant.

Add ¼ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of pepper.

Add 1 tablespoon of minced parsley and stir until well mixed.

Serve the mushrooms immediately and garnish with additional minced parsley.
