1 thinly sliced garlic clove
1 tbsp red wine
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1/4 tsp garlic salt
black pepper to taste

Heat 3 tbsp of olive oil and 3 tbsp of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add 1 lb of sliced mushrooms and stir.

Add 1 thinly sliced garlic clove, 1 tbsp of red wine, 1 tbsp of teriyaki sauce, 1/4 tsp of garlic salt, and black pepper to taste.

Cook until the mushrooms are lightly brown, about 5 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the mushrooms are tender, 5 to 8 more minutes.
