4 tbsp olive oil
500g swiss mushrooms
2 garlic cloves - minced
½ chili flakes
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp fresh parsley - chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice

Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes, until the mushrooms are nice and brown, then add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.

Season with chili flakes and salt, and stir well.

Add chopped parsley, and sauté for 1 minute then add lemon juice stir well then turn off the heat and serve immediately.
