BLT Pasta Salad

8 ounces uncooked pasta
1 pound 12 ounce can whole peeled tomatoes
4 slices center cut bacon
3 cups thinly sliced lettuce
1/2 cup light mayo
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Boil the pasta according to package instructions.

Fry 4 slices of center cut bacon in a pan until crispy, then drain on paper towels.

Drain the cooked pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water to cool it down.

Crumble the cooked bacon into pieces, ensuring it's crispy for easier crumbling.
