Milk Fudge

1 can sweetened condensed milk
250 grams full milk powder
2 Tbsp ghee or butter
Ghee or butter (for greasing the pan)
30 grams chocolate chips
1 Tbsp crushed freeze-dried strawberries
10 grams coarse chopped freeze-dried strawberries (for topping)
30 grams chocolate chips
2 Tbsp rose water
4 Tbsp coconut cream
4 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1½ tsp freshly ground cardamom

Grease your pan with butter or ghee.

Heat a thick bottomed non-stick pan over medium-low heat.

Add ghee, condensed milk and milk powder.

Stir until mixture is combined, leaves the sides and appears like a thick dough. Approximately 3 minutes after combined.

Spread the mixture flat and add the various flavoring of your choice.

Remove the fudge from the heat and spread it evenly in the prepared pan.

Flatten the fudge to create an even layer.

Sprinkle the garnish onto the top, if available.

Press the garnish into the fudge with the back of a silicone spatula.

Allow to cool for 1 hour before cutting. Enjoy!
