Snickers Flavored Caramel Toffee draws inspiration from the beloved candy bar, Snickers, which combines nougat, caramel, peanuts, and chocolate. 1

Chop 1 cup of peanuts into a coarse powder, ensuring there are small bits of peanuts.

2

Add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp of honey, 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence, and 2 tbsp of melted butter to the chopped peanuts.

3

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to create the 'noott mixture'.

4

Line a microwave dish with baking paper or parchment paper and add the noott mixture, smoothing it out to form the first layer.

5

Press 1 cup of roasted peanuts into the top of the noott mixture.

6

Refrigerate the dish while preparing the caramel sauce.

7

In a pan, add 1 cup of sugar and cook on low to medium heat, stirring until the sugar melts completely.

8

Add 2 tbsp of room temperature butter to the melted sugar and mix well.

9

Stir in 1/4 cup of fresh cream until the mixture is smooth and lump-free to create the caramel sauce.

10

Take the dish from the refrigerator and pour the caramel sauce over the peanut layer, smoothing it out.

11

Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes until set.

12

Remove the parchment paper and cut the mixture into small pieces resembling Snicker bars.

13

Melt 400 g of chocolate compound using a double boiler until smooth.

14

Dip each bar into the melted chocolate using two forks, ensuring even coating on all sides.

15

Place the coated bars back on the tray and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes, or preferably for an hour, until the chocolate is set.

16

If the melted chocolate hardens, return it to the double boiler to regain a smooth consistency.

17

Cut the bars into smaller bite-sized pieces for easier consumption.
