Originating from Austria, the Wiener Schnitzel has become a beloved dish in Germany, symbolizing comfort food. Traditionally made with veal, it is often served with potato salad or spaetzle. Today, variations abound, with pork and chicken being popular alternatives, making schnitzel a staple in many households worldwide.

Chop 1½ lb of pork.
Season the pork with salt and pepper.
Prepare 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of flour, and 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs for breading.
Roll the pork in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil and butter for frying.
Fry the breaded pork for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Peel and cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.
Slice 2 eggs, chop shallots, dill, and parsley, and slice 1 pickled cucumber.
In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, and 1 teaspoon mustard.
