1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.

2

In a mixing bowl, add in your peanut butter, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and mix thoroughly.

3

Measure about 1.5 tbs of the mixture, roll it into a ball, and then on the baking sheet press it down flat. Form it into an egg shape that’s about 1/2-3/4 inch in thickness. Repeat this process with the rest of the mixture. Make sure they aren’t touching each other on the baking sheet.

4

Place your baking sheet into the freezer for 30 mins.

5

In a microwave safe bowl, add in your chocolate chips and coconut oil. Put it in the microwave for 30 second intervals, until you have smooth melted chocolate. Let it cool on the counter for a few minutes.

6

Get your baking sheet from the freezer, and grab 2 forks. Using one fork, grab one peanut butter egg and dip it into the melted chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drip off the egg and use the other fork to slide the egg back onto the baking sheet.

7

Feel free to drizzle any leftover chocolate over each egg, and sprinkle some of your flaky salt (regular salt works too) over top.

8

Put the baking sheet back into the freezer for another 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
