Parsley provides a fresh taste, while spinach adds nutrients at a lower cost.

1

Finely chop 3 tomatoes, removing the seeds.

2

Finely chop 1 onion.

3

Crush and chop 1 tablespoon of garlic.

4

Take 10-12 mint leaves and tear them by hand.

5

Add 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro.

6

Chop 1 green chili and 1 red chili.

7

Transfer all the chopped ingredients into a bowl.

8

Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the bowl.

9

Add 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder.

10

Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar (or white sugar if brown sugar is unavailable).

11

Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and mix everything well to prepare the salsa.

12

To make the nachos, combine 1 cup of corn flour with 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour in a bowl.

13

Add salt to taste and mix well.

14

Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil and mix again.

15

Gradually add water to form a dough that is slightly hard, not too soft.

16

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, covered.

17

After 10 minutes, roll out the dough on a floured surface.

18

Cut the rolled dough into desired shapes for nachos.

19

Prick the nachos with a fork to prevent them from puffing up while frying.

20

Heat oil in a pot for frying the nachos.

21

Check if the oil is ready by dropping a small piece of dough; it should float to the top.

22

Fry the nachos on medium flame until they are crispy and golden brown, flipping them occasionally.

23

Remove the fried nachos and drain excess oil on a kitchen towel.
