Remove skin from 4 chicken thighs, keeping the bones in, and sauté until cooked through.

Add 2 lb of peeled and deveined shrimp and 12 oz of okra to the mixture.

Stir in 5-7 cloves of minced garlic and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, cooking for about 1 minute.
