My Favorite Low Calorie OREO Recipes For Fat Loss

- ●1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- ●1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions
- 1In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- 2Mix the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- 3Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and mini chocolate chips (if using).
- 4Pour the mixture into a silicone ice cream bar mold or a lined baking dish.
- 5Insert sticks into the molds if using a mold, or cut into bars later if using a baking dish.
- 6Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- 7Once frozen, remove the bars from the mold or cut into bars if using a baking dish.
- 8Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for later.

- 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and sweetener. Mix well.
- 3In another bowl, mix together the applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 4Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- 5Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies gently into the dough.
- 6Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- 7In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Place a small dollop of this mixture on top of each cookie dough ball.
- 8Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- 9Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

- 8Garnish with gummy worms sticking out of the top of the cups for a fun, dirt cup effect.
- 9Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
