Add boiled lentils, zucchini, salt, and black pepper to the shallots.
Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
Cut the dough into squares or circles, about 4 inches wide.
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each piece of dough.
Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges tightly.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Gently add the Maultaschen to the boiling water and cook for 8 minutes until they float.
